Jalal declares that Salim will take the place of Qadir and his duties which means Salim will have to serve Qadir’s grandmother and live as a common man as well. To defend Salim actions, Rukaiya fires arrow towards Jalal in court. Qadir’s grandmother visits the palace to demand justice for her wounded child. A frustrated Salim shoots at Nadira’s friend while trying to pluck mangoes. Jalal appoints Rahim to take charge of training Salim and the rest of the kids in sword fight.
When Jalal disguises as a robber to attack Jodha, Salim raises a sword to protect her. Jalal and Jodha notices the slight change in Salim’s attitude. Rukaiya scolds Nadira and feeds Salim with negative thoughts. Nadira interrupts Rukaiya’s devious plan of making Salim drink narcotics. Salim criticizes Jalal’s decisions before Jodha. Jalal summons Salim to court and enthrones him as the rightful Mughal empire heir. In the meena bazaar, Jodha and Rukaiya both sit together as Salim’s mother. Later, Jalal makes a shocking announcement which might hurt Rukaiya. With Jalal’s little help, Salim finally pacifies Jodha to forgiving him. Haidar vows to take revenge on Jalal for killing his father. Salim meets Nadira at the market and returns her anklet. Haidar ties all the children and takes their common clothes to enable Salim sneak out of palace. To test Salim, Jalal combines soldiers fighting with swords and girls dancing to anklets sounds in one space. Eight years later, Salim, Nadira and Javeda’s son (Haidar) are all grown up. Zil bahar delivers a baby girl which Jalal names Nadira. Shaguni’s scary prediction about Salim worries Jodha. Sharifudeen renders Bakshi unconscious and escapes with his father. Jalal catches the thugs and they reveal it was Sharifudeen that sent them. Later, Zil bahar eavesdrop on some men planning to kill Salim the following day. Some common couple (a pregnant woman and her husband) come to the palace to gift Salim a sacred thread. Rukaiya vows to be Salim’s Queen mother at all costs. Rukaiya rants about snatching Salim away from Jodha and Jalal overhears this. Jodha gives birth to a son and he is named Salim. Meanwhile, Chisti tells Jalal to stay away from Jodha until the child is born. Todar informs Rukaiya about Jodha being pregnant once again. Priest Chisti invites Jalal over and advises him against turning his back towards God. Later, a common woman makes Jalal realize his mistakes. The official war begins, and soldiers from both sides attack each other and kill as much as they can. Jalal addresses his army and ruthlessly warns them not to show mercy or kindness to anyone. Rukaiya tells Hameeda that Jodha was wrong for refusing to pray for Jalal’s victory. Jodha smears her blood on Jalal’s sword as he prepares to wage war with the Rajvanshies. Salima witnesses Rukaiya killing Zeenat the same way the twins were killed by her.ĭue to pains of loosing his kids, Jalal questions God’s existence and returns to being the heartless ‘Emperor Jalaludin’. The truth about the kids murderer is finally known. The doctor reveals a shocking information concerning Hussain’s sudden death.
Zeenat realises that the doctor has some doubts on her. In the meantime, she starts vomiting and falls ill.
Jalal scolds Rukaiya over her selfish attitude. Jalal pleads with Rukaiya to return Hussain back to Jodha but she refuses.ĭadi suggests that Hussain and Jodha be taken to Amer for protection but Rukaiya disagrees and arranges a tight security to watch over Hussain. Later, Jodha stops Moti from lighting the kahna idol and vows to never light it again. The entire family is in tears watching the heart wrenching scene of Jodha weeping over hassan’s dead body. Jodha is unable to bear it and falls unconscious. Due to the intake of poison, Hassan vomits repeatedly and dies. Jalal visits Jodha’s room and they spend a happy family time together. Zeenat mistakenly gives poison to Hassan instead of Hussain. Qasim scolds Zeenat for setting Hamida’s room on fire while Jalal asks Maan Singh to investigate the matter. Todar sends Jalal’s warning message to Pratap and Uday. Jalal apologizes to Zeenat after the doctor confirms that there was no harm in her medicines. Javeda sees Zeenat feeding him with some tablets. Qasim and Zeenat plan to kill Hussain on the day of celebration. Later, it turns out that Qasim and Zeenat came to destroy Jalal. Rukaiya bestows Zeenat with the responsibility of being Hussain’s nanny. Jodha fufills her longtime promise and gives one of her sons to Rukaiya. Jodha challenges the Mughal rule of collecting taxes from Hindus. Rukaiya declares she would take care of the new born sons in Jodha’s absence and not leave the job to the maids.
